How much do your services cost?
Periodic contractual consulting rates are based on the scope of the project. Typically our minimum contract term is one year. Monthly retainers range from $2,000 to $5,000 plus pre-approved expenses.
Feasibility Study costs are competitive. A typical range is a flat fee of $10,000 to $25,000 depending on the complexity.
Grant and loan writing is invoiced as a negotiated percentage of the grant/loan request.
